REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy:

We understand that occasionally a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please email our customer support team at info@empalla.co.tz with your order number and reason for the refund. We will review your request and process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at info@empalla.co.tz at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Please note that cancelling your subscription will not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. Your access to the software will continue until the end of your billing cycle, at which point your subscription will be terminated.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time if we find that you have violated our terms of service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
